Terms of Service

These Terms are intended to define the terms and conditions for the provision of the Service and the rights and obligations between users and us regarding the use of the Service, and shall apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the use of the Service.

Users can make accommodation reservations through this website. Upon completion of a reservation, a lodging contract is established between the user and the accommodation facility.

After booking is completed, we will send a booking confirmation to the email address you registered. If there are any errors in the booking details, please contact us immediately.

Prices, check-in/check-out times, and other conditions displayed at the time of booking are those applicable at the time of booking completion.

Detailed cancellation policy is as follows:

• Up to 61 days before check-in date: No cancellation fee (free cancellation)
• From 60 days before check-in date to the day of stay: 100% of accommodation rate

Please confirm and agree to the cancellation policy at the time of booking. Except in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, the above cancellation policy will apply regardless of the reason.

Payment of accommodation fees must be made by online payment (credit card payment) at the time of booking.

Payment information is securely processed through Stripe's payment system. We do not store your credit card information.

Displayed prices include consumption tax and service charges. Local taxes such as bath tax may be charged separately at the property.

• Provide accurate information at the time of booking
• Follow the rules of the accommodation facility and our instructions
• Respect other guests and property of the facility
• Comply with facility rules such as no smoking and no pets in the accommodation
• Bear the repair costs if damage is caused to facilities or equipment

We do not guarantee the service quality, safety, or accuracy of accommodation facilities. Responsibility for service provision at accommodation facilities lies with each accommodation facility.

We shall not be liable for any damages caused by natural disasters, delays or cancellations of transportation, or other causes not attributable to us.

We will handle users' personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal information necessary for booking (name, contact information, etc.) will be provided to accommodation facilities for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with accommodation facilities.

We may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms of Service shall take effect when posted on this website.
